Cancellation Policy:
All appointments are reserved with a credit card on file and with a signed copy of the cancellation policy. Any policies not signed 48 hours before will be canceled.
NO SHOWS and CONFIRMED APPOINTMENTS that no show will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
Appointments that are made on the same day and need to be canceled, or are a " NO SHOW" will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

Our automated system will contact you to confirm your appointment via email, text, or phone call in order to secure your upcoming visit. Any appointment NOT "confirmed" will be canceled 48 hours before the appointment
If we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and cancellation fee.
SALON DEPOSIT POLICY:
All of our appointment are very important to us. This is time we've set aside just for you and we don't want anyone to miss the opportunity to receive services. Prior to your appointment, we require a deposit of a 25% of the service amount. This will later be deducted from the service fee.
THE EMPLOYEES DELIGHT THEMSELVES ON PROVIDING YOU WITH EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER CARE. We do not issue refunds on Salon Services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify the salon promptly.
